MESSAGES

Go, I Will Send You (Exodus 3:10)

One day God called Moses and determined that he would be used to free the people of Israel from slavery and oppression by the Egyptians.

Exodus 3:7 Then the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters. I know their sufferings,  8 and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.  9 And now, behold, the cry of the people of Israel has come to me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.  10 Come, I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring my people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.

God then empowered Moses to convince the people of Israel that God had truly revealed himself to him, so that the people would give him credit.

Exodus 4:8 If they will not believe you, God said, or listen to the first sign, they may believe the latter sign. 9 If they will not believe even these two signs or listen to your voice, you shall take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground, and the water that you shall take from the Nile will become blood on the dry ground.

And the people believed Moses.

Exodus 4:29 Then Moses and Aaron went and gathered together all the elders of the people of Israel. 30 Aaron spoke all the words that the LORD had spoken to Moses and did the signs in the sight of the people. 31 And the people believed; and when they heard that the LORD had visited the people of Israel and that he had seen their affliction, they bowed their heads and worshiped.

Then Moses went to Pharaoh and said to him:

Exodus 5:1 Afterward Moses and Aaron went and said to Pharaoh, Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast to me in the wilderness.

But Pharaoh replied that he did not know the God of Israel and ordered his taskmasters to further oppress the people of Israel.

Exodus 5:2 But Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice and let Israel go? I do not know the LORD, and moreover, I will not let Israel go.

Exodus 5:9 Let heavier work be laid on the men that they may labor at it and pay no regard to lying words.

You have also been called to a work of liberation.

Deliverance from oppression of the enemy and from the slavery of sin, through our savior who is Jesus Christ.

Matthew 11:28  Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Luke 1:77 to give knowledge of salvation to his people in the forgiveness of their sins, 78 because of the tender mercy of our God, whereby the sunrise shall visit us from on high 79 to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

God has given you powers over the enemy and that power must be used by you.

Luke 10:19 Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.

And though Satan try to overwhelm you, he has no authority over you, because AUTHORITY ON YOUR LIFE IS JESUS, THE SON OF GOD and DEVIL CANNOT TOUCH YOU.

1 John 5:18 We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.

Just as God did signs and wonders to free the people of Israel from slavery in Egypt, there will be no limits for God to grant you victory, because JESUS IS YOUR VICTORY and He keeps winning and will always win, because all power and all authority has been given to Him in heaven and on the earth.

Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

Matthew 2818 And Jesus came and said to them, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

Hallelujah! God be praised, forever.

The Lord bless you and keep you.
