I Am With You Always (Matthew 28:20)

About 700 years before Jesus was born, God announced the coming of our savior, Jesus, calling him in the book of Isaiah IMMANUEL, which translated from the Hebrew means GOD WITH US.

Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Jesus manifested himself to the world to free mankind from the bondage of sin and death, breaking all the curses that were upon man.

Isaiah 53:4 Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.

Every damned work that Satan generated on mankind was destroyed by the Son of God.

1 John 3:8 Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.

All captivity of slavery was taken away and death, as a consequence of sin, no longer has spiritual authority over man:

Psalm 68:18 You ascended on high, leading a host of captives in your train and receiving gifts among men, even among the rebellious, that the LORD God may dwell there.

1 Corinthians 15:54 When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?

And in the fullness of God's promise, Jesus said:

John 14:18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

Matthew 28:20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.  And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

And just as the LORD was manifested with a cloud to protect and to guide the people of Israel and with a pillar of fire at night to light and warm his people in the desert, so is the LORD in our lives, guarding, protecting and guiding us along the way we must go.

Nehemiah 9:19 you in your great mercies did not forsake them in the wilderness. The pillar of cloud to lead them in the way did not depart from them by day, nor the pillar of fire by night to light for them the way by which they should go.

So feel: GUARDED, PROTECTED AND GUIDED by God, for He is and will be with you always, even to the end of the world.

The Lord bless you an keep you.
