Unfortunately, we have seen in Brazil a huge increase in people who are “celebrating” Halloween, and many of them call themselves Christians.
We have seen children, children of Christian parents, dressed as witches, zombies, devils and freely participating in these parties in children's schools and sometimes knocking on doors saying “trick or treat”, as is traditional in the United States.
We have seen adults, who call themselves Christians, participating in Halloween partiesat work or in their family environment, without the slightest spiritual discernment or fear of God.
Halloween is a demonic aberration, an affront to God and an abomination, as the Word of God itself says.

What is Halloween:
The origin of Halloween goes back to the traditions of the people who inhabited Gaul and the islands of Great Britain between the years 600 BC and 800 AD, although with marks of differences in relation to the current pumpkins or the very famous phrase "trick or treat", exported by the United States, which popularized the celebration.
Originally, Halloween had nothing to do with witches.
It was a festival in Ireland's Celtic calendar, the festival of Samhain, celebrated between October 30 and November 2 and marked the end of summer (samhain literally means "end of summer").
The celebration of Halloween has two origins that have been mixed throughout history: The pagan origin of "Halloween" has to do with the Celtic celebration called Samhain, which aimed to worship the dead and the goddess Yuu Byeol (an ancient symbol of Celtic perfection).
The invasion of the British Isles by the Romans (46 BC) ended up mixing Latin and Celtic culture, the latter ending up diminishing over time.
At the end of the 2nd century, with the evangelization of these territories, the Celts' religion, called druidism, had already disappeared in most communities. We know little about the religion of the Druids, as nothing was written about it: everything was transmitted orally from generation to generation.
It is known that the Samhan festivities were celebrated quite possibly between the 5th and 7th of November (halfway between the autumn equinox and the winter solstice, in the northern hemisphere). They were preceded by a series of celebrations that lasted a week, and marked the Celtic New Year.
The "feast of the dead" was one of its most important dates, as it celebrated what for Christians would be "heaven and earth" (concepts that only arrived with Christianity).
For the Celts, the place of the dead was a place of perfect happiness, where there would be no hunger or pain.
The festivities were presided over by Druid priests, who acted as "mediums" between people and their ancestors.
It was also said that the spirits of the dead returned on that date to visit their old homes and guide their family towards the other world. (Source: Wikipedia).
WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS:
Deuteronomy 18:
10 Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft,
11 or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead.
12 Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord; because of these same detestable practices the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you.
13 You must be blameless before the Lord your God.
14 The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, the Lord your God has not permitted you to do so.
Isaiah 8:19 When someone tells you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?
