YHWH is the unpronounceable Hebrew spelling of the name of God and means THE ONE THAT EXISTS or the ETERNAL or the I AM.

The sacred tetragrammaton YHWH was transliterated so that it could be uttered, as: Yahweh or Jehovah.

The Jews also use the word ADONAY as the name of God, which means LORD.

God, since creation, has always demonstrated his sovereignty over all things and throughout the Bible God makes a point of emphatically demonstrating this condition:

GOD PRECEDE ALL THINGS:

Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

Colossians 1:17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

GOD IS THE CREATOR OF ALL THINGS:

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Colossians 1:16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

GOD KNOWS ALL THINGS:

Isaiah 46:10 I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.

GOD IS ABOVE ALL THINGS:

Psalm 97:9 For you, Lord, are the Most High over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods.

GOD UPHOLDS ALL THINGS:

Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

GOD IS THE LORD ALL THINGS:

Psalm 24:1 The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.

1 Chronicles 29:11 Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all.

GOD HAS POWER OVER ALL THINGS:

Isaiah 43:13 Yes, and from ancient days I am he. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act, who can reverse it?

Psalm 46:6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts. 7 The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. 8 Come and see what the Lord has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth. 9 He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire. 10 He says, Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

Job 42:2 I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted.

Luke 18:27 Jesus replied, What is impossible with man is possible with God.

GOD CONTROLS ALL THINGS:

Jeremiah 23:24 Who can hide in secret places so that I cannot see them? declares the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? declares the Lord.

Psalm 139:7 Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? 8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. 9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, 10 even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.

Isaiah 14:24 The Lord Almighty has sworn, Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen.

GOD ESTABLISHES ALL THINGS:

Daniel 2:20 and said: Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his. 21 He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. 22 He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.

THERE IS NO ANOTHER GOD LIKE OUR GOD.
