The essence of Christianity is FOLLOWING CHRIST and we cannot forget that FOLLOWING means OBEYING.

How can a person be called a Christian if he does not follow and obey the teachings of Christ?

The word of God clearly says:

1 John 5:2 This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands.

John 14:15 If you love me, keep my commands.

Unfortunately today we see countless people who:

They say they are Christians, but do not know the Word of Christ;

They say they are Christians, but they commit adultery;

They say they are Christians, but they prostitute themselves;

They say they are Christians, but they have vices;

They say they are Christians, but they steal;

They say they are Christians, but they corrupt;

They say they are Christians, but they deceive;

They say they are Christians, but they lie;

They say they are Christians, but they wish evil for their brothers;

They say they are Christians, but they do not love God;

They say they are Christians, but they do not seek God;

They say they are Christians, but they do not go to church to worship God;

They say they are Christians, but they don't care about doing the will of God;

They say they are Christians, but they don't pray;

They say they are Christians, but they do not read the Bible;

They say they are Christians, but they do not teach the Word of God to their children;

They say they are Christians, but bear witness to the contrary, as if Jesus did not exist;

They say they are Christians, but they do not believe that Jesus is Lord and therefore controls everything;

They say they are Christians, but they have not truly given their lives to Jesus;

They say they are Christians, but they live a life of defeat and destruction;

They say they are Christians, but they will not be saved and will go to hell on the day of Christ's return.

If you are "one of those Christians", change now, because Jesus will come like a thief in the night and when He finds you, don't be surprised when He says, "I DON'T KNOW YOU".
