Prayer and Faith (Matthew 21:22)

We all know that prayer is fundamental to achieving our blessings, as the Word of God assures us that whatever we ask for in prayer, believing, we will receive.

Matthew 21:22 If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

The word "BELIEVE" is of extreme importance in this verse, as it presents the necessary attitude for God's answer to a cry.

Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

You cannot demonstrate faith through words alone, but your thoughts and actions must show your faith.

James 2:17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. 18 But someone will say, You have faith; I have deeds. Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds.

Believing that there will be an answer to your prayer means having certainty and conviction that:

. God is listening to you.
. Jesus has the authority and power to accomplish.
. No one can deliver out of hand of God and when He acts, no one can reverse it.
. You know that your blessing will certainly come and will not delay, even if it takes time.
. At the right time your blessing will come.

The Bible says that TO HAVE FAITH is:

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

That is, you believe regardless of the circumstances, because God doesn't need something to be possible to accomplish what you seek or need.

Therefore, constantly present your plans, projects, difficulties to God, present them in prayer, believing, and in due time, you will receive God's answer and His blessing.

JUST BELIEVE!

The Lord bless you and keep you.
