The Imminent Return of Christ (Revelation 3:3)

Christ's return is imminent and how can we not rejoice in it!

Jesus said: Revelation 22:11 Let him who does wrong continue to do wrong; let him who is vile continue to be vile; let him who does right continue to do right; and let him who is holy continue to be holy. 12 Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done.

We don't know the day, nor the hour, but that great day will happen, believe me.

The coming of Jesus on earth as a man and his return in glory are the most remarkable facts that humanity has lived and will live in our days.

Haggai 2:6 This is what the LORD Almighty says: In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land.

At Jesus' return, the foundations of the earth will be completely shaken and the last day for men will come to an end.

Whoever is faithful to God will reap the fruits of God's wonderful promises, to live by his side forever, where there will be no more pain, suffering, struggles or sins:

Revelation 21:4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.

But unbelievers will also receive their reward from God:

Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars--their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.

Maybe you're saying in your heart: - Jesus' return will still take time.

But I want to remind you that the day you die will be the last day with opportunities to repent of sins and to declare God's sovereignty over your life and we don't know the day of our death.

Don't take any chances, enjoy today, repent of your sins and declare that Jesus is the Lord of your life, because: Revelation 3:3 Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.

Pray with me and say from the depths of your heart:

Lord Jesus, I repent of my sins and no longer wish to practice them. I want to receive from you the power to be called a son of God, because you died on the cross for me, wash me with your blood and purify me, make me worthy of your presence. To you Lord Jesus I surrender my life and my ways forever! Amen.

Glory to God!

The Lord bless you and keep you.
