God Does Not Change! (Malachi 3:6)
When reading the Bible, Christians who are moved by the Holy Spirit have different experiences with God, and I would like to highlight some of them:
• They feel joy.
• They feel peace.
• They feel spiritual joy.
• They feel spiritual renewal.
• They feel spiritual strengthening.
• They receive comfort.
• They receive relief.
• They receive guidance.
• They receive knowledge.
But I would like to highlight something very important that every Christian should feel when reading the Bible or when praying to God, which is the
CONTEMPLATION OF GOD'S WONDERFUL WORKS.
Let's look at some notable Biblical passages:
• When God created the world.(Genesis 1).
• When God created man and his tremendous promises to him.(Genesis 2).
• When God sent the 10 plagues on Egypt.(Exodus 8 to 11).
• When God opened the Red Sea for the people of Israel to pass through.(Exodus 14:15-31).
• When God sent manna from heaven into the desert.(Exodus 16:4-5).
• When God brought water out of the rock.(Exodus 17:1-7).
• When God opened the Jordan River.(Joshua 3:15-17).
• When God tore down the walls of Jericho.(Joshua 6:20).
• When God stopped the sun and the moon.(Joshua 10:12-14).
The verses cited above are found in the first 6 books of the Bible only and yet, we do not mention all of God's wonderful deeds that are in these first 6 books, let alone if we consider the entire Bible.
God be praised!
If your needs, your attitudes and your faith are the same as the situations mentioned in the Bible, God's response will be as efficient and powerful as they were in those situations.
Malachi 3:6 I the Lord do not change...TAKE JOY IN THIS!The Lord bless you and keep you.
