The apostle Paul, in his first letter to the church in Corinth, in chapter 4, warned the church that God's workers should be faithful at all times.
1 Corinthians 4:2 Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.
Paul also warned the church about the need to follow Christ, as He taught and not according to the will and the way the church thought it should be.
1 Corinthians 4:7 For who makes you different from anyone else? What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though you did not? 8 Already you have all you want! Already you have become rich! You have begun to reign — and that without us! How I wish that you really had begun to reign so that we also might reign with you!
Following Christ the way people think it should be, continues to be one of the biggest mistakes of the church of Christ, churches that have followed that OLD DEMONIC SAYING: The ends justify the means.
Churches, with the excuse of raising money for their support (rentals, radio programs, TV programs, lavish evangelistic events,...), have used strategies that go completely against the Bible, therefore, they are inspirational demonic, and God would never use demonic attitudes to preach the true gospel.
JESUS NEVER DID THIS and He must be the model for building a healthy and effective church.
It is not necessary to use subterfuge for lives to be reached by Christ.
We do need to preach the Word of God in its entirety, as there is nothing more powerful in this world than the Word of God.
Paul said in 1 Corinthians 4:20 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.
The gospel must be preached with power and not in theory.
We must live the gospel and then preach it, with authority and power, because the theory is of little value to the one who hears, whoever hears, actually receives the revelation, to live, to feel and value what is from God, as being something unquestionable in your life and something that should be valued with a great treasure, which moth and rust do not corrode.
Matthew 6:19 Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.
So, MAY THE POWER OF GOD IN YOUR LIFE NOT BE A MERE THEORY, but be something constant and publicly seen by everyone, because a lamp is not placed under a bowl, but on high, to illuminate all those around it. around.
Matthew 5:15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
The Lord bless you and keep you.
