The Blessing Will Come and Will Not Delay (Habakkuk 2:3)

Once the prophet Habakkuk prayed to God and questioned why He would be using a wicked people, the Chaldeans, to punish the sins of the people of Israel, because he did not understand, as a more sinful and idolatrous people, as the Chaldeans were, could be used by God to subjugate the people.

Habakkuk 1:13 Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrongdoing. Why then do you tolerate the treacherous? Why are you silent while the wicked swallow up those more righteous than themselves?

So, Habakkuk decided to put himself on alert and pay attention to hear the answer that God would give to his question.

Habakkuk 2:1 I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint.

Perhaps at some point in your life, you have already questioned God about the reasons why a certain situation is happening to you, perhaps a fight, a situation that cannot be resolved or a prayer that is not answered.

In the case of the people of Israel, it was evident that they were being afflicted, for having distanced themselves from God and having blatantly disobeyed the Lord, so God raised up the Babylonians to punish Israel, with the intention that they would repent of their evils. paths and turn to the ways of the Lord God.

Ezekiel 33:11 Say to them, As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?

If this is also your case, repent, turn to the Lord and make all kinds of evil that may be in your life cease.

But, if this is not your case, WAIT WITH PATIENCE AND FAITH FOR YOUR BLESSING, understanding that God's time is not always our time, as GOD'S TIME IS ALWAYS THE RIGHT TIME.

GOD DOESN'T MAKE MISTAKES, at the right time God's power will manifest itself in you and you will achieve your victory.

Knowing how to wait on the Lord is a Biblical foundation, so don't hinder God in blessing you, don't murmur, don't blaspheme against God, thus postponing his blessings.

Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the Lordwill renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Your blessing may be delayed, but it will NEVER be late, as God revealed to Habakkuk:

Habakkuk 2:3 For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.

Therefore, if your long-awaited blessing has not yet arrived, it is because it is not yet the right time for it to happen.

GOD'S BLESSINGS WILL NEVER COME LATE.

The Lord bless you and keep you.
