MESSAGES

Whoever Has the Word of God, Minister It Faithfully (Jeremiah 23:28)

Nowadays we have seen many prophets (missionaries, evangelists, pastors, bishops, apostles), prophesying in the name of God.

We see contagious preaching, which takes churches, during services, “TO THE ECSTASY” of feelings.

We see prophets, in general, ministering the wonderful promises of God in the pulpits, generating joy and spiritual refreshment.

Some time ago, early in the morning, during my prayers, the Lord reminded me of the excerpt from the Word found in Jeremiah 23, where the Lord expresses his indignation with the attitude of the prophets and priests, who prophesied unduly in his name. and made the people make mistakes. Read Jeremiah 23.

Then God, during this time, told me:

• Some PROPHESY, that “we are more than conquerors”, but they DO NOT PROPHESY, that we must be in Jesus for this to happen and do not emphasize the passage “through him who loved us”.

Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

• Some PROPHESY, that “I can do all this through him who gives me strength”, but they DO NOT PROPHESY, that “through him who gives me strength” means that it is Jesus who strengthens, therefore, we have to have faith and depend on Him, to achieve our blessings.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

• Some PROPHESY, that “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.”, but they DO NOT PROPHESY, that the Lord being the shepherd, means that we must be directed, corrected and protected by Him, because a disobedient and lost sheep becomes easy target for the wolves (devil).

Psalms 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

• Some PROPHESY, that “If God is for us, who can be against us?”, but they DO NOT PROPHESY, that God just it will be for us, if we are faithful to Him, because if we are unfaithful to Him, we are against Him, and being against Him, we become His enemies.

Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

• Some PROPHESY, that “When God acts, who can reverse it?”, but they DO NOT PROPHESY, that no one will be able to stop the blessings and curses mentioned in the Bible and that our blessings depend on our daily choices in serving God and deny the practice of sin.

Isaiah 43:13... When I act, who can reverse it?”

Jeremiah 23, God speaks, in his indignation:

30 Therefore, declares the Lord, I am against the prophets who steal from one another words supposedly from me.
31 Yes, declares the Lord, I am against the prophets who wag their own tongues and yet declare, The Lord declares.
32 Indeed, I am against those who prophesy false dreams, declares the Lord. They tell them and lead my people astray with their reckless lies, yet I did not send or appoint them. They do not benefit these people in the least, declares the Lord.

I always say that THE WORD OF GOD must be the maximum authority in our lives, therefore, we must ensure that it is received and administered correctly and with wisdom, so that the ministry does not lead to deception and lies, but that it builds and generates the blessings described by God in the Bible and generates what is most important, SALVATION.

The Lord bless you and keep you.
