The Preexistence of God (Isaiah 43:13)

The preexistence of God is one of the foundations of Christianity and Judaism.

God exists before all things and through him all things were created.

Colossians 1:
16 For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.
17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

Nothing that exists in the heavens and on earth, visible or invisible, was not created by God.

Man was created by God, in his image and in his likeness.

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.

God's goal in creating man was and is, for man to manifest the glory of God in this world.

Isaiah 43:7 everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.

1 Corinthians 11:7 For a man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God, but woman is the glory of man.

ALL CREATION IS SUBJECT TO ITS CREATOR AND THE CREATOR HAS AUTHORITY OVER CREATION.

When someone rebels against these rules, the curses take control of the man and he moves away and leaves the presence of God, therefore, he is beyond the control of the one who has the authority to protect, to deliver, to direct, to guide, to grant the blessings we need.

So it was with Adam and Eve, who deliberately chose to disobey the creator, the owner of the highest authority, and chose to follow the devil's instructions and lies, even though they knew they couldn't do that and even though they knew that that attitude would generate destruction and death.

Genesis 3:
1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, Did God actually say, You shall not eat of any tree in the garden?
2 And the woman said to the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden,
3 but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.
4 But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.

The result of Adam and Eve's disobedience was terrible for man.

Man was cursed by God, was expelled from his presence, lost the glory of God manifested in his life and was condemned to death.

Genesis 3:
16 To the woman he said, I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children. Your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you.
17 And to Adam he said, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, You shall not eat of it, cursed is the ground because of you; in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life;
18 thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you; and you shall eat the plants of the field.
19 By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread, till you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken; for you are dust, and to dust you shall return.

Genesis 3:
23 therefore the LORD God sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken.
24 He drove out the man, and at the east of the garden of Eden he placed the cherubim and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the way to the tree of life.

God's mercy, power and authority still remain upon us, therefore, SUBMIT YOURSELF TO GOD and let him manifest authority over all things in his favor, because AS GOD ACTS, WHO WILL STOP IT?

Isaiah 43:10 You are my witnesses, declares the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me.

Isaiah 43:13 Also henceforth I am he; there is none who can deliver from my hand; I work, and who can turn it back?

The Lord bless you and keep you.
